Recreation facility in Kostomlaty pod Milešovkou

Areal near the  Kostomlaty pod Milešovkou village form a unified set of buildings, land and forest. The property is located in the beautiful forests of the Bohemian Central Uplands. From village Kostomlaty leads tarred road to  the areal.

Whole complex is fenced. There is the electricity connection with 3x100 amps capacity and also telephone line connection. Source of drinkable water is the wellspring piped to the water reservoir.

The main construction of the complex is the uncompleted building of a hotel type. It's a standalone object with no cellar and three floors. Ground plan is oriented in the "L" shape.

The building is founded on massive foundation strips and slabs of reinforced concrete. Vertical bearing structures are built from vertically perforated burnt bricks. Floor structures are made of  prestressed reinforced concrete hollow core slabs, type SPIROL with the thickness of 30 cm.

The layout of the building is divided into two wings with a vestibule and staircase in the middle. In the first wing every floor has the central corridor from which are to the both sides oriented rooms. In the ground floor of the second wing was intended to build the kitchen, food storage rooms, toilets for employees, freight elevator and a dining room. In the second floor is spacious hall, reception, office, warehouses and four social rooms. In the third floor of this wing are rooms for clubhouse, lounge, three apartments and the manager's apartment. Rooms orientated to the courtyard towards the pond have a balcony.

Overall, the building is in the rough construction condition. The construction was launched in 1989. Since then, the building is maintained and the completed constructions are secured against weather and are in faultless condition.

Basic data about the main building: built-up area of 748 m², enclosed space 8 440 m².

Another building that is part of the complex is the ground building, standing next to the main building. It is older object and served as a hostel for workers and the training center.

Basic data about the second building: built-up area of 464 m², enclosed space 2 011 m².

Total area of all land is 24 085 m², of which 9 216 m² is forest with tall trees.

This is a very interesting and easily accessible property, near to the future recreation area. There is Milešovka mountain, the remains of Sukoslav castle and Březina protected landscape area in the reach. All of them highly visited areas. It is a worthwhile investment property with the potencial of multiple uses.
