Manufacturing complex in Sedlec

The complex was acquired in 2000 as a former brewery and was then reconstructed to storage areas. The whole complex is without any environmental burden.

Areal is built in the industrial zone near the first class road "A15" from MOST to PRAGUE.The distance to town Most is about 5 km. Accessibility to Prague is posssible in two directions, 60 kilometers to Prague Ruzyne Airport, 80 km along the D8 to Praha Letňany. The entire complex is fenced with entrance gatehouse, where is a certified digital vehicular weight (60 tons). Inside the complex is built a electronic security system with monitoring at the gatehouse. There is a compressor station Garden Denwer in the complex. In 2010, the photovoltaic power plant with an output of 1.5 MW was built. From 2030 it will be possible to draw this "green made" electricity. There are all the networks like water, electricity and gas over-dimensioned for the needs of the factory.
 

ČEZ a.s. is pre-negotiated to increase the capacity of electricity supply to 8 MW (reserved) and the power supply from two directions is also guaranteed.

Reconstruction impact assessment on the environment (EIA) has been prepared on a similar project for Grammer. The time horizon of the assessment and approval is 75 days. The competent authorities have already issued a a favorable opinion.

We prefer to make a contractual relationship for 10 years + 5 years option.

Directly in the complex is a bus stop no. 10 from Most. Following negotiations with the transport company is pre-negotiated to strengthen connections according to the needs of employees of future investor. There is the possibility of further expansion of the manufacturing or warehouse space.
