Area of the former ceramics factory - Krupka - Teplice

The entire facility consists of 14 buildings, of which 8 are meant for lease, but if more space required, individual negotiation of bigger lease could be taken with the property owner. Location of individual buildings is plotted on the attached plan.

Object number 1 is the main building of the complex and consists of three floors. On the first floor there are three halls. A warehouse with an area of 660 square meters and a ceiling height of 4 m, further there is a second warehouse with an area of 1,190 square meters and a ceiling height of 3 m and finally a cargo ramp with an area of 510 m² and ceiling height of 3 m. The second floor is a warehouse with an area of 1,475 square meters with a ceiling height of 3 m. The third floor is again a warehouse with an area of 835 square meters and also a ceiling height of 3 m. All these spaces are tempered in winter. The building has two freight elevators with capacity of 1 and 1.4 tons. Floor loading capacity of the 2nd and 3rd floor is 750 kg / sqm.

The building number 2 is the former tool factory covering an area of 360 square meters, with a ceiling height of 5 m and a large number of windows. There is a block floor. The building is heated by a condensing gas boiler, shared with object no. 4.

The building number 3 is the former warehouse material-technical support covering an area of 323 sqm. Except for a small office (12.5 sq m), the building is not heated.

The building number 4 is already rented.

The building number 5 is an office building with three floors, which also includes a canteen and a dining room. The building is connected to all engineering networks available and has an area of approx. 400 sqm.

The building number 6 is a storage building with a total area of 400 sqm. It is divided into 4 parts and it is unheated.
